This is a gorgeous tool that has changed my life for the better and we are super happy to be offering this to you all. We highly recommend using a high quality body oil with the gua sha. We offer a beautiful selection of handcrafted, herbal infused body oils that are non oxidizing, very balancing and soothing for the skin that we highly recommend.

We do daily self massage with oil after our showers and always before bed with a gua sha.
This has deeply improved our sleep and wellbeing on many levels.

Every Gua Sha is different so please keep that in mind that the color and pattern will vary.

How to Gua Sha

We highly recommend to do long sweeping motions upwards towards the heart that have some pressure but that are not painful. Just enough to stimulate circulation and feel soothing and good.
Press the tool into the body with smooth, firm strokes in one direction.

If you bruise easily, you may bruise if you apply too much pressure or even just a little depending on your situation. PLEASE keep that in mind.

Also, Please do your research on how to properly use the gua sha tool, there are a lot of tutorials on youtube and online you can watch for an interactive tutorial.
