Yes, orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. All order cancellations incur a 10% restocking fee.

SHIPPING INFO
Our team fulfills orders as quickly as possible, in the order in which they are received. Typically, fulfillment time takes 1-3 business days (M-F) from when the order is placed, depending on order volume and product availability. During peak holiday season, you can expect this to be more like 5-7 business days.
In most cases, you should be able to reschedule a delivery on the courier’s website; or, they might be holding the package for you at a pickup location or post office. If a package is not delivered or picked up within a certain time frame, it will be shipped back to us eventually. At that point, we can either re-ship it to you at an additional shipping cost, or we can refund the products (shipping is not refundable).

For all orders over $350, a signature confirmation is required for delivery. If you would like to waive the signature requirement from your order, you will need to sign a waiver accepting full responsibility of the package in the event that it is lost or stolen. You can request the waiver in the Notes section of your Shopping Cart.
If your order is returned to us for any reason, we can either re-ship it for an additional re-shipping cost, or we can refund the cost of the products purchased. Shipping is non-refundable.
