Return Policy

If you would like to return any new and unused product for a refund, the product must be returned at your expense; the original and return shipping charges will not be refunded. For all returns to be processed, we must be notified within 15 days of receipt; if it's past the 15th day a return fee of 15% will be deducted from the total. Product must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.

Items that are unused and unopened are fully returnable. Any returned items that have been opened are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Once your item is returned back to our kitchen and inspected by our team, your refund will be issued, typically within 1-3 business days.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with a product, simply return it to us for a partial refund. All returns of opened products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping. Start by submitting a claim to support@clareia.love. Then ship to our facility at 513 Searls Avenue Nevada City, CA 95959, United States with your name, order number, and reason for return. Product must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.

For full acceptance of a damaged goods claim, we need photo evidence and adequate proof of damage provided by the customer. This allows us to submit the claim to the courier. Please include photos of: all sides of the box the package was shipped in, the inner packaging, as well as the damaged item itself.
